Eating Brain to Improve Your Mood?

Did you know that Robert Burton (8 February 1577 – 25 January 1640) in his book The Anatomy of Melancholy (1621) prescribed brains for depressed patients? Nowadays they found that the brain is high on omega 3 (and rich on phosphatidylserine) which regulates neurotransmitters involved in mood and behavior.....No wonder ancient civilizations ate organs such as liver, kidneys, heart, brains, intestines, stomach and many more...nowadays it has been proven that each organ is reach in minerals, fats, etc that help that particular organ i.e eating brains for a healthy brain...interesting enough they were right in their way of thinking this paradigm is called by Unschuld homeopathic magic where ancient civilizations saw that similar treated similar.
One thing is for sure...you will not see me eating brains, eyes...I guess that I will stick with the encapsulated supplements at my health food store
